Windows 8 is not similar to other windows like 7 or XP. In this topic. I will tell u that how to access through your startup items in Windows 8, you can choose to enable or disable any of the startup items.
Here are some Steps:
1. First of all open Task Manager, by holding the Ctrl+Shift+Esckeyboard
Now there will be the task Manager window.
2. Click on the More details option 3. Then go to the Startup section.
Its done here...almost
Here you will find all the startup items inside.
You can now manage your startup itemsfrom here.
You can choose to enable or disable any startup item.
The utility shows you how each application impacts your startup time (High, Low or Not measured), under the Startup impact column.
