If u check in your bootloader (and fast boot at energysettings off) (phone off-> hold the VolumeDownkey and press the ON buttom at the same time)

Unlock the Bootloader w/ PermROOT:
Steps:
1. Buttkick and Kill your phone-warrenty, by register and unlock your bootloader at
(even the device isnt in the "supported list" it still worked for me)
(if ur not familar with android development, it could take some time to DL and update everything (AndroidSDK, etc etc))
(PHONE WILL BE WIPED THEN; BACKUP/Save ur datas)
2. ZergRush it

3. After the phone has booted, you still cant see SuperUser in ur App list
But its installed ;P
how to fix that?
Go to the Market.
Search for the superuser app
You can see that you can "UPDATE" it.
do it.
Now everything is up2date and the app is in your applist again.
Root Done.
